Yoga for Relaxation

The following poses (asanas) are powerful stress relievers and can be used together to create a yoga routine that is tailored to your individual needs.

Mountain Pose

Stand with your feet together and arms at your sides, palms open and forward. Take each foot individually and fan toes, enjoying the feel of the track. Square feet together again. Lift your pelvis up toward the navel. While the chest yet, bring your shoulder blades closer together and lift the sternum. Raise your head and neck extended leave. Extend all your fingers and thumb down toward the floor. Press your heels on the floor and then remove the thighs and calves up to the ceiling. Do not lock your knees.

Practice yoga safely for family

As a parent, or even as a child, Yoga is great for sharing with family. However, given the scarcity of time and continuous pressure on family members to school, work and social commitment to meet hard enough ways to encourage the family to see participate in yoga.

As a teacher of yoga, I am always asked, “do you want your practice of yoga for children?” People have to spend pictures of me practicing glorious Sunday afternoon with my kids, yoga.
